I've tried this a couple of times I've had no issues it's moderate contains safe mode Runs an advanced scan to find all application leftovers in the most common places of the registry and on the hard drive okay next it actually creates a restore point itself, which is great. So if I wanted to go back, if something went wrong I could fix it e our press keep going, so what will be found is the thing that is done in bold, okay please carefully check only the bold items mark the bold items and theirs Subitems are deleted, okay, so basically that's all that has to do with it. This is an actual folder here now, but it says either the bold items will be deleted, but we'll see how we can do it, so hit delete yeah, okay, keep going now basically what it did is that it showed me where the leftovers were and I had them erased so I could erase them.
It's great, I think it's awesome because that's why we need all of these registry cleaners and it would keep getting errors because we're left with everything have leftover files. (Austin groans) - Hey guys, this is Austin, and today I'm making a very questionable decision.
Oh god, this is so hard. That, actually I don't even know what it is, you send it in a damn box. (Austin Drilling) - OkayOkay - Whoa! - What? - Come on, take a look at the front - PS4 ?! (happy techno music) - Wait, wait, look, look at the back, look at the back Look at the back.
So you can see that this is the PC part, you know you have your motherboard and everything. Take a look at this, you have a power input, an HDMI and a USB port, build a PS4 into a PC case? Is that the title of the article right now? - Remove internally before starting. I wonder if ever someone tried to turn it on with it like, 'Hmm, my brand new gaming PC! 'Looks a little weird inside, but whatever!' Oh damn, all right, we have a 2080 Ti! What kind of cable is that? It goes from the PCI slot and it goes, It goes to the back? Is it like a capture card that maybe built into the PS4? It is likely what it is, so you can do both - Ohhh! Okay - At the same time - Okay, so let's open the back of the suitcase - Surprise me - Ohhh! (laughs) - There it is, yeah! Wait, they water cooled the PS4 --- They water cooled the PS4! And they said, ah, that's so cool! - Dude, this is like the ultimate PS4 streaming box . (Cardboard rustle) - Ohhh, a scuf controller, you say? Okay, alright, alright - So ... (Ken laughs) What? (Ken laughs) - Ohhh! - What? Ohhh what ?! What? (Austin laughs) Did Matt instigate you to do this? Do you mean that seriously? - Wait wait.
Wait, wait, wait. - What have we got here, Ken? (Ken chuckles) He's speechless. (Matt chuckles) - There's no better way to start the new year than with today's article sponsor Audible! Now with Audible, not only do you get access to a wide variety of Audible Originals, which are high quality audiobooks that you can only find on Audible, but they even have a brand new New Years Challenge.

Because free is good, isn't it? Now if you are looking for a new audio book to listen to, I recommend 'Console Wars' by Blake Harris. Again, Audible.com/Austinor is 'Austin' to '500 500' and a huge thank you to Audible for sponsoring this article! - All right, done? (Cheeky techno music) Oooh! Okay.
So, the PC part is definitely firing up, no problem. What I don't see is that something is going on on the PS4 side. How do we get PS4 to turn on? - Well, to be fair - Yeah? - So that one won't turn on or won't turn- Yeah? - But that's the one that actually cools the PS4. - Ohhh, you you are very, very right! So maybe we need to get the PS ...
But I just don't see how we should turn on the PS4 now - YOLO. (Upbeat techno music) Nope. (Austin laughs) - That just restarted the computer, I'm sorry .- Yes, this button did exactly what it looks like it'll do, um ...
So, after some technical trouble, we finally got our Big O fixed. It was slightly damaged in shipping but I have to give Origin props in the past few weeks since we started working on this article, they have actually updated a few things on our particular system. So now we have a Noctua fan and a bracket for the capture card.
Now that's certainly not final, a And some of the things they're working on is adding a legitimate power switch. Now when you plug it in you have to turn it on with the controller, but now you can actually use a power switch and they add an ethernet jack too. So, those are the two things that I looked at first, I thought, 'Uh ...' But they're working on it for the final version Here in OBS we have a 4K 60 feed of Battlefront so I can move around and everything is working.
But on top of that we're of course running with full Windows. First and foremost, I think most people will be interested in streaming, because with a single computer you of course have all the power you want, you can charge anything up to a 2080 TI and a Core i9, but the cool thing is that you have a PS4, you have an XBOX that comes in with the capture card. That's all I need to be able to play and stream games at the same time, but if you really want to be extra with it.
You can theoretically have a second TV hooked up, play PS4 on one side, play PC games on the other, stream, do whatever you want, all in one box. It is for everyone, absolutely not! When it comes to building the ultimate PS4, adding a PC on this site is pretty cool. Well the only minor downside is that while you have a lot of things that they will add like ethernet and so on, you still don't have a drive so you have to install discs digitally but with a 1 terabyte SSD on your PS4, not exactly the end of the world.
So let's play single player because I'm sucking, so in Windows I'm going to start recording so we should have a 4K 60 feed. And now when I switch back to the PS4. Well mind you, what you should be doing here is using two different displays, not one, but I only have one here so I just toggle it back and forth.
This is certainly not final hardware, but I have to say the Big O is pretty quiet, especially considering that we built in a Core i9 and an RTX 2080 Ti and of course a full PS4 Pro as well. Oh, the HDR is real. (Beeping) Whoa what? 'The PS4 is too hot, turn off the PS4 and wait' until the temperature drops. '(Acoustic guitar) Oh ...
Oh, okay, um ...
Well, now would be a good time mention that the thermals are not yet complete. Um ..
So, I can tell right away that it's pretty hot on the sides. Ooh, yeah, that's almost 50 degrees with this exhaust here. So if I have it here look, i mean the capture card is warm, that makes sense, it is a capture card, but the actual PS4 internals don't seem particularly warm, i mean, yes, there is definitely some warming from the power supply, but nothing I would call incredibly dangerous, the interesting thing here is if you look at the thermals, it's actually a bit unusual.
So inside you have a 240mm radiator here that is dedicated to the CPU. Good, reasonable, but on top of that we also have our 120 mm radiator, which dissipates all the heat from the PS4. Then we have an additional fan as well as the PS4 and we have no problems.
However, this has been going on for maybe 30 minutes and we're getting 'PS4 is too hot' warnings. I don't want to be too unfair, this is still a prototype, you still have a lot of work to do with it, but that worries me, that's a lot of power, right? And consider it is slowly getting warm and we have not even a game on the pc right now. Okay, PS4 is up, let's run a Deus Ex benchmark and see what happens.
So right now our CPU is only around 65 degrees. So the CPU is good in temperature. Um, on the PC side.
So the PC doesn't seem to have any major issues. It seems like the real problem here is PS4. I think it holds up, I'm definitely not .. .
Dying now.- It hasn't turned off yet.- Yes, realistically, this is a high-end PC with basically kind of three-quarters of another gaming PC that also needs to cool with the PS4.
Like, I get the idea, but if you take a look at the back, obviously this is a lot of room for the PS4 motherboard and everything, but the fact is still too cool, and the little exhaust fan is on the back, I believe , much more about cooling the VRMund As with the power supply, the main heat with the 120 mm radiator definitely goes into the PC side of the case. And I'm not entirely convinced that this will be enough. However, I think a 240mm radiator in the foreground will be necessary, but at the moment I think it's a very cool concept, but I'm really excited to see what the final version will look like when it goes on sale! Sometime in the future.
Or maybe we should try the Xbox One next? (upbeate techno music) Oh, that's ...
I actually didn't purposely wear this shirt today pur ose. (Austin laughs) It's like the Xbox fanboy is naturally making fun of the PS4.
How do I remove ShareX from my laptop?
- Right-click on ShareX icon on the desktop, and select "Open file location"
- Scroll down the list of files and find the uninstall process, usually named "uninst000", "Uninstall", or "Uninstaller"
- Double click on the uninstall process to start the removal.
Alright, in this tutorial I'm going to discuss how to remove programs that you can't uninstall using traditional methods, such as For example, the Programs and Features want to uninstall a program and you try to uninstall a program but it still fails during the removal.
The next step is to use an application to uninstall an uninstaller. Okay, instead of just finding the program and deleting the files folder, okay. Because if you just delete the files folder, you will most likely leave leftover files and other folders that you know you don't know 'they are found and they will also be a ton of registry entries that you are likely to overlook too.
All right, so one of the utilities we actually use to remove stubborn programs is revo uninstaller. So, I'll just go ahead and open Google Chrome and go to Google. If I can actually type it right.
I just type in inrevo and then uninstaller, or at least part of it. Now you can see it's at revouninstaller.com.
So I'll go ahead and click on that link. Okay so now the program is definitely worth buying, okay, definitely worth buying, but if all you have to do is uninstall, you might know a couple of programs that I would just keep going - it has one, they offer a 30 day free 30 Day version to Trial. And this will definitely serve your purposes.
So I click the download, the button on the left, it's currently ten point two megabytes. And then I'm going to select to open it and then 'Run'. And then yes with the UAC.
Select okay for the setup language. Next up and accept the agreement, next create a desktop icon. Next up and then install.Alright since this is where I checked that the uninstaller is ok after the installation is complete.
So I click finish. And then I close the browser. Okay so the first thing you'll see is a list of installed programs, but this will be the same list you most likely won't want to see in Programs and Features, well if the application you want to remove isn't listed here, you have to actually find them in other ways, but let's just use this for example.
For example, suppose the application is listed here. If so, right click and then select 'Uninstall'. All right, if it's not listed here, you'd do a forced uninstall up here.
Then just click on Force Uninstall. And then you'd find the program's folder. Okay, let's say we're going to find the folder.
Okay, what I'm going to use as an example of this is winzip. So, let's just find it - it's in the program files, and then in Winzip. Okay, I'll click 'Okay' Okay, that's the name.
We received an uninstall command. Okay, we're going to leave our scan mode on 'Moderate'. Okay, so it'll try to use the uninstaller that comes with WinZip.
If that doesn't work, the files and registry entries are also removed. So I'm going to click 'Next'. Okay so it will do a registry backup first and then it will create a restore point.
And ....... and take a second to create the restore point.
Okay so now we have one, this is the uninstaller that actually came with Winzip, so I'll hit 'yes' on it or get an error out, that's fine because Revo is still removing the ugly application components. Okay so we're just going to walk through the steps here it'll leave a residue. Okay, all right, the program, the built-in, now the uninstaller that actually came with the program I wanted to uninstall is complete, some I will click on 'Scan' in the lower right corner.
And we will look for and check for remnants of the program that I just removed. Okay, now you can actually see that these are all registry entries, registry entries left over from Winzip. All right, so the easiest thing I'll do is just go 'select all'.
All right, which is all the keys - all the registry entries, okay. I will click on 'Next'. and then asks me for confirmation, click 'yes'.
Okay next, there's a leftover files folder, I'll go ahead and click on it, and then I'll hit 'Finish' and then click 'Yes' again, okay, and that's it. The application is gone. Okay, okay, and that's basically uninstalling programs that aren't installed by traditional means.
Just use the Revo Uninstaller okay. And let's just close all of these things. Okay, we're done.
Thank you for watching.
